Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Muhammad Usama Amjid ("I", "me"), a sole proprietor registered in Pakistan, covering this website and the WhatsApp & Telegram AI sales agent service (the "Service"), also marketed as Clockwork Bots. By connecting a channel or using the Service you accept them.

1. The Service

The Service connects to a WhatsApp Business account or Telegram bot that you own and answers your customers on your behalf: it responds to enquiries from the catalogue you provide, quotes and negotiates within price limits you set, collects payment proof and presents orders to you for approval. It is a tool; you remain the seller.

2. Your account and channels

• You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you register.
• You connect channels through Meta's and Telegram's official flows and can disconnect them at any time. You are responsible for complying with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Telegram's terms for your own account.
• Keep your login credentials confidential. Actions taken from your account are yours.

3. Your content and your customers

• You own your catalogue, prices, policies and conversations. You grant me a licence to process them only to run the Service for you.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you list, for honouring the prices and terms the agent states within the limits you set, and for fulfilling orders you approve.
• You are the data controller for your customers' conversations. You must have a lawful basis to message them and must not use the Service for spam, unsolicited marketing, or anything prohibited by the messaging platforms.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• sell goods or services that are illegal in Pakistan or in your customer's country;
• deceive customers, impersonate another business, or misrepresent a payment status;
• send unsolicited or bulk messages, or messages a platform's policy prohibits;
• probe, overload or reverse-engineer the Service or circumvent its limits.

5. Payments to you and payments to me

The Service never holds or moves your customers' money. It relays the payment details you configure and forwards proof to you; whether money arrived is your decision. Fees for the Service, where charged, are stated on your plan before you subscribe, are billed in advance, and are non-refundable for a period already started unless the law says otherwise.

6. Availability and changes

I aim for the Service to be available continuously but do not guarantee it. Messaging platforms, model providers and hosting may fail or change their terms. I may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice to the email on your account.

7. AI-generated replies

Replies are generated by a language model and may occasionally be wrong. Price floors, discount limits and order approval are enforced in software so the model cannot exceed them, but you should review conversations and correct your catalogue when the nightly summary shows a gap. You can take over any conversation at any time by typing into it.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is". I am not liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect loss, and my total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid me in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. I may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or a platform policy, with notice where practical. On closure your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Layyah, Punjab, unless mandatory law in your country provides otherwise.
